Our team consists of a work force of approximately 30 employees, supplemented with various local contractors, who undertake the following services island wide:

Clean up Stanley campaign. Please note this service is for residential properties who do not have the means to dispose of bulk waste; this does not include general household rubbish. 

In the winter period the agreed Salt route on the Stanley and Mount Pleasant Road are gritted. Only surfaced areas of the Mount Pleasant – Stanley Road are gritted and areas gritted  can be viewed here. 

The weight limit of all roads is 38 tonnes in the summer with the majority of roads operating under a reduce weight limit of 15 tonnes during winter months. Exemptions from the weight limits ordinances can be applied for through the Roads Engineer.
